Can I come See the Space?
Are tables & chairs included?
Yes! We would be happy to schedule a walk-through and answer any questions you may have.
How Do I Hold A Date?
Once our Venue Director confirms your date is available, a down payment is required. The down payment will be applied toward the refundable security deposit. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
Can I bring my own food?
Your can bring your own food or hire a caterer of your choice. We do not provide food or beverage service, however we can recommend local caterers.
Can I provide alcohol?
Yes. Alcohol may only be brought in by the host of the event. No one under 21 years of age can consume alcohol on the property. We recommend hiring a server.
When can we start setting up?
It varies depending on what else is scheduled at the studio. It may be the morning of or as early as the night before.
Can I drop off items the day before?
If there is not an event booked that day, we should be able to accommodate you. You can discuss this with the Venue Director after booking. Tranzend is not responsible for items left unattendend.
Yes, there are six foot rectangular tables as well as chairs to accommodate up to 125 guests.
What about decorations?
You are welcome to decorate yourself or hire a decorator. Please don't TAPE things to the walls. Tape and removable hooks tend to rip sections of paint from the walls. We do allow draping & hanging of things from the ceiling.
We do not allow the use of confetti, silly string, stickers or glitter. These things are very difficult to clean and clog our cleaning equipment. Use of these items will result in a forefit of the security deposit.
Do you have a sound system?
No, any sound equipment must br provided by a DJ/band or yourselves.
We do have WiFi access for your DJ or band.
Who provides linens glassware etc?
You or your food/beverage service provider.
We have white, floor length linens available for rental.
Who does the set up/ break down?
You are responsible for set up. Our Venue Director will work with you for additional special lighting & set up suggestions. You are also responsible for removing all decorations and belongings at the end of your rental time.
Our cleaning crew will breakdown the tables & chairs and clean the space following your event.
